- full grain leather | unlike "upholstery leather, our hides are in a natural state showing some signs of natural markings

- all leather can be oiled for luster & lifetime use | some leather style is intentionally dry, and oiling is not recommended

YES! All of our pillows come filled unless you are purchasing the cover only option (available on select items). H|F custom makes our proprietary feather and down-filled pillows in Los Angeles with a family-owned business partner since 2015 and properly inserts & packages each item before shipping.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
Due to health and safety regulations starting in 2020, all of our pillows will be individually or group packaged and shrink-wrapped in a poly bag. This also substantially reduces shipping rates and carbon footprint by allowing for more efficient transportation and reduced fuel consumption during shipping.(yay!)
